Sunday Song: Especially in Michigan

Gotta love this catchy tune by one of my personal faves -- the Red Hot Chili Peppers (from their awesome album, Stadium Arcadium). The only thing is, what the heck is the meaning behind the song's lyrics? Any thoughts out there? All I know is I am ecstatic that my beloved state is included!

Sunday Song: "Always" by Plumb

Since I love sharing music with people, I've decided to make mix CDs for my sister-in-law and girlfriend who are both pregnant. The mix will be a compilation of songs with lyrics that allow people without children (such as myself) get an idea of what an amazing feeling it must be to watch your child grow.

I heard this song -- "Always" by Plumb on my cousin's MySpace page it seemed like a great fit for the CD. Check it out! And if you have any good recommendations for parent-related songs I should include on the mixes, please share!
